Happy Birthday Daddy!!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband. You are the best husband, daddy, brother and friend we could ask for. The girls and I appreciate you so much and we hope you have the happiest, bestest, laziest day ever. It has been a pleasure knowing you for the past fifteen years and watching you transform from a boy to a man. Can't wait for fifteen more...

Love you to the moon and Back..

The Dukes of Hazard

Justin and I were invited to a Halloween party Saturday night. It was Bo Duke and Daisy Duke this year! The costumes were hysterical! Emmie painted herself completely blue and was smurfette?? There was a mammogram machine and a patient with it's butt hanging out!!

Justin and I had a great time and are still laughing today about it!!

Dracula

Saturday afternoon I took Mara to the ballet Dracula. It was just beautiful and Mara loved every second of it. Afterwards we got to go back and see Ms. Danielle and also get a picture with John Paul who was Dracula.

Pumpkin Carving

Every year Papa comes over to carve with the girls and then we roast the seeds. I only got a few pics before my camera died. Nana got more but here are the few I got. Gracelyn thought the pumpkin goo was great. I can't stand it but she just loved it and was flinging it around like crazy...

Pumpkin painting

In addition to carving I let the girls paint pumpkins. Not much to say other then they are very creative and that was very messy!!

School Party

Yesterday at school the teachers ahd the students pick their favorite nursery rhyme. They then had to get a costume together and recite the rhyme in front of the class. Mara, Sol and Nathand were the 3 blind mice. It was very cute and hysterically funny. All the children did a fantastic job. Afterwards we celebrated with sweet treats and fun!!

Zac was Jack and McKenzie was Dr. Seuss in her class for biographys of famous people.

Trick or Treat

So it was a busy, emotional and crazy week. I couldn't find my camera charger until later in the week so I have a weeks worth of pics up. Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween...

Heres how our went..

Every since I was a little girl every Halloween has been celebrated by doing the Proctor Trick or Treating. I have carried on this tradition and so off we went. Mara was Darth Vadar this year(surprise surprise) and Gracelyn after much arguing got to wear her sisters Snow White dress ( I had bought big snuggly Eeyore but she was not having it). Here are the pics fro the afternoon.

Many of our friends were there and I even ran into a few that I had not seen in years. It was great!!
