We attended BBQ's, had lots of water activities, birthday parties, camping trips, music in the park and play dates.
Gracelyn turned 4 and we had a small fun family party at the park. Gracelyn was so happy and so appreciative of every gift she received. I love this about her. The smallest things mean the most to her!!
William was in town for almost a month and we had so much fun. These pictures were taken in downtown. The kids thought is would be fun to climb on the water fountain. It was all smiles until Will did a spiderman move that knocked him straight into the water. So cute but it made for some big tears!
Music in the park was our Tuesday night favorite as always. Danny Vernon was back this year as Elvis and it was great!

We spent a lot of time on the Marstons boat soaking up the sun. The theme song for this summer was California Girls by Katy Perry. I think if I never hear it again I will be perfectly fine.
I got to go to Eastern Washington to go camping. I think it was here where I found my most peace. I was surrounded by open land, farms, fruit stands, trees, the sun and fabulous friends. I got to swim, wakeboard, take naps, relax, read and hike. It was fabulous and I think I may have found where I will retire someday. The town of Winthrop is stuck in my head and I think it is where I was feeling on top of the world. A quaint little town surrounded by beautiful open land. A little bit of everything I have ever wanted.

We also got to spend a lot of time with Renee and her kiddos. Alayna and Mara had a blast playing and Peyton and Gracelyn were quite the pair as well.
Well thats all for now. Stay tuned for the annual family camping trip pictures. It was the final camping trip of the season and I must say I was so happy to pack that tent away!!!
I say bring on the fall. Crisp sunny days, warm soups for dinner and the changing of the leaves. Life is good!
